Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Palantra Suite (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of the service

Palantra Suite is a customer relationship management platform for managing leads, meetings, and communications. The Service includes an optional Mail module that lets a user connect their own Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other email account so that email can be sent and received directly within the CRM.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

Connecting a Google or Microsoft mailbox is optional and entirely at your discretion. When you connect an account, you authorize Palantra Suite to access it strictly as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect a connected account at any time from within the Service or directly from that provider’s own account settings. Palantra Suite is not affiliated with, and does not warrant the availability of, Google or Microsoft services.

4. Your account and responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you or your organization enter into the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account, mailbox, or data.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service outside its intended purpose.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including the Mail module or specific provider integrations, at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palantra Suite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any interruption, loss, or unauthorized access to data caused by a third-party provider (such as Google or Microsoft) outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected mailbox at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these terms or poses a risk to other users.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
